To guarantee total quality assurance, we implement a comprehensive Batch Retention & Ongoing Technical Support framework designed to safeguard our partners and end-users against operational downtime or quality discrepancies.
2. Batch Retention & Sample Archiving
Every production batch processed in our blending facility undergoes a strict retention protocol to ensure complete traceability throughout the product’s shelf life:
- Archive Duration & Volume: A representative sample (typically 500ml to 1L) from every blended batch is stored in our climate-controlled sample retention room for up to 24 months (or according to contract terms).
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) Mapping: Each retained sample is cross-referenced with its original Certificate of Analysis (CoA), physical blending logs, and raw material batch numbers (base oil and additive packs).
- Traceability & Verification: In the event of field inquiries, unexpected operational issues, or client audits, the retained sample serves as a baseline for comparative laboratory testing (kinematic viscosity, flash point, TBN, metal wear elements) to verify original factory quality against field samples.
3. Ongoing Technical Support & Client Services
We partner with our clients through every stage of product application, offering hands-on technical guidance and post-delivery assistance:
- Used Oil Analysis (UOA) Guidance: Assistance in interpreting lab results for used engine oils, hydraulic fluids, and industrial gear oils to help optimize drain intervals and identify early equipment wear.
- Troubleshooting & Technical Consultation: Direct access to our blend technicians and QA team for advice on product compatibility, oil switching/flushing procedures, and application guidelines.
- Reformulation & Specification Updates: Regular reviews of market requirements, OEM approvals, and API/ACEA standard updates to ensure your product line remains compliant and competitive.
