Comprehensive Testing

At LubeWorld, our Quality Control and Product Development laboratories are fully equipped to perform extensive testing and screening of raw materials, as well as in-process and finished product testing. This ensures every stage of production meets our stringent standards.

Quality assurance is embedded in every stage of our lubricant production process. Our state-of-the-art laboratory performs extensive multi-stage testing—from incoming raw material verification (base oils and additive packages) to in-line blending controls and final product release. By strictly adhering to international standards such as ASTM, ISO, and SAE, we ensure that every batch meets precise physical, chemical, and performance specifications before it leaves our facility.

Our comprehensive testing regime evaluates critical fluid parameters to guarantee maximum protection and efficiency under extreme operating conditions. Standard laboratory analysis includes Kinematic Viscosity (at 40°C and 100°C), Viscosity Index (VI), Flash Point, Pour Point, Total Base Number (TBN), and Density checks. For specialized industrial and automotive formulations, we also perform advanced bench tests covering cold-cranking simulator (CCS) performance, foam stability, oxidation resistance, and elemental analysis via ICP spectroscopy.

Beyond internal quality checks, we utilize rigorous testing data to provide complete batch traceability and transparent technical documentation for our clients. Every tested lot is backed by a detailed Certificate of Analysis (CoA), offering full confidence to brand owners, distributors, and end-users. This data-driven approach not only safeguards equipment integrity against wear, deposit formation, and thermal breakdown, but also drives continuous formula optimization to meet evolving OEM and API engine oil classifications.
